Hi. I am using the ExpressVPN proxy service which seems reliable. When I set my proxy to New Zealand, it gives me an IP of 221.121.135.107 which is confirmed to be New Zealand in all IP tests I've run. However, my cpaclickz service detects this IP to be Australia and so is displaying AU ads to my NZ visitors. Do you know how to resolve this so that my NZ IP's are correctly identified as New Zealand and not Australia? Thank you. Rob

Hi Rob, The accuracy of IPs, especially VPNs, fluctuate over time within closeby zones. We update our IP database from our supplier regularly (a few times a year). As of May 1, 2020, the IP 221.121.135.107 was being identified as Australia New South Wales Cabramatta West. We obtain our IPs database from Maxmind, specifically GeoIP2 database. https://www.maxmind.com/en/solutions/geoip2-enterprise-product-suite/enterprise-database Your specific IP address should be updated as soon as our system gets an update from Maximind. Aside from your IP address, we expect a high level of accuracy for NZ IPs from Maximind. Therefore rest assured that people from NZ are still getting redirected to your NZ redirection. We'll communicate this incident with Maximind as well.

Hi. Thank you very much for your quick reply. I'll sit tight and hope to see NZ appearing on my side. FWIW, I've just tried again via my proxy service (ExpressVPN) - the IP is similar (221.121.135.75) and showing as NZ, Auckland at iplocation.net but still being redirected to my AU pages at cpaclickz. We have escalated this with Maxmind. We can confirm that both 221.121.135.107 and 221.121.135.75 are being identified as NZ. Could you please verify and confirm?

Hi. Good news! Today I've used my NZ proxy (again I get a different IP: 221.121.135.28) and it's correctly redirecting via cpaclickz to our NZ pages/ads! Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this. Extremely impressed with your professional response, sir.
